These days Minsk looks like a living hell.
And guys it's still the 15th of Match.
Everything is covered with snow. To find and dig the car out of the snow is a real quest.  It's a storm wind. And if you want to get anywhere you must wade through snowdrifts.
Btw if you WANT to left the home in weather like this you should be completely insane.
